Students should wear full school uniform to and from school and for all school trips and parents evenings, unless otherwise informed.
ALL UNIFORM MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH OWNER'S NAME, INCLUDING OUTDOOR COATS, WHICH MUST BE PROPER OUTDOOR COATS AND NOT HOODED SWEATSHIRTS.
Uniforms may be purchased at any supplier of your choice.
White Shirt – long or short sleeved, to be tucked into skirt/trousers with top button fastened.
Tie – work to the collar
Black Blazer – with embroidered logo, to e worn at all times.
Black V Neck Sweater – (optional) – plain, no logos or names.
Black Trousers – for boys and girls.
Black Knee Length Skirt – not fitted.
Black Smart Shoes – No trainers, converse, canvas shoes.
New Year 7 and any new kit needing to be replaced or additional items required
Compulsory: Pack which contains navy/pale blue long sleeved top, shorts or skorts and pair of navy/pale blue socks
Optional: all weather top
Optional: track suit bottoms
Optional: PE bag
Every piece of PE kit MUST be clearly marked with the owner's name.
A coat should be worn as appropriate
Short ‘fashion’ type coats, denim jackets, tracksuit tops (with or without hoods), jogging style tops with or without logos and leather/suede coats are not appropriate. Expensive coats should not be worn to school.
Top coats are normally carried round in bags or placed in their lockers. We do not have cloakroom provision.
Students are allowed to wear one pair of small studs. No other piercings are permitted. Students are not allowed to come into school with plasters covering earrings in pierced ears. Students may wear subtle make up.
Students’ hair should be of one colour and be a natural shade. If fashion colours are applied in leisure time they should be able to be washed out.
Parents and carers have a huge impact in supporting us in maintaining high standards with school uniform so we ask for continued support in in ensuring our students are very smart and a credit to themselves and the school.
